A shirt about not worrying about clothes. We see the irony too.
The Design
Retro script spells “Consider” in warm rust orange above three green lilies, with Matthew 6:28 beneath. It’s simple, earthy, and sun-faded, and it’s built on the one word our whole brand is named after.
Consider This
“And why do you worry about clothes? Consider how the lilies of the field grow: They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was adorned like one of these.”
— Matthew 6:28–29 (BSB)
Yes, we’re aware we put this verse on a shirt. Jesus was talking about clothes, specifically about not worrying over them. We’d like to think He appreciates the humor.
His point wasn’t fashion. It was trust. The word translated “consider” means more than a glance; it means learn from. The Geneva Bible of 1599 put it simply: “Learne howe the lilies of the fielde doe growe.”
Lilies don’t plan, budget, or panic. They grow where God planted them, and He dresses them better than Solomon. Then Jesus finishes the thought: if God clothes grass that’s here today and gone tomorrow, how much more will He clothe you?
That one word, consider, is where Considerama gets its name: slow down, look closely, and let what you notice teach you to trust.
Consider: What would it look like to trust God with tomorrow the way a lily does?
For gardeners, nature lovers, chronic worriers, and anyone who has ever stood in front of a full closet and said, “I have nothing to wear.”
More to consider: Consider the Flowers (Luke 12:27) and the Consider the Wonder mug.
